how to exchange or RETURN my order

  1. 1. visit our returns portal (you'll need your order number and postcode/zip code)

2. select the items you're returning or exchanging


3. choose how you'd like to send them (printerless options available)


4. package up your mahabis and send them back


5. once we receive them we will process your refund or post your replacement

what if my mahabis were a gift?

if you have the order number and the postcode/zip code the mahabis were delivered to, you can do the return or exchange yourself here.


the order number is the 13 digit number found on the packing slip. if you can't get this information, then please contact us here and we will help you out.

when will i receive my refund/replacement?

our team checks your slippers when they arrive back to us, then either processes your refund back to the original payment method, or ships you your replacement order.


as this is a manual process, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process the refund and for the funds to be available in your account.


if you are exchanging your mahabis, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your replacement has been despatched. this will contain tracking information as well.

how to ensure a smooth return

within 30 days of receiving your mahabis, simply send back the items you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid. we cover the shipping cost of your returns. they must be sent back to the address outlined in the process. to get started, click here.


refunds should take no-longer than 7-10 days following receipt. refunds are made to the original payment method only.


your returns need to be sent in unused, box fresh condition. please include the despatch note (order paperwork) in your return so we know it's yours.


please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items, if this has been caused by your handling, including any loss or damage that occurs during transit. we suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.


if you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded. we cannot refund the price of any gift card, gift wrapping or gift box added to your order.


if you return your whole order, we will refund the price you paid for the items within your order. if you return part of your order, we will refund the price you paid for the returned items only. express or other paid-for shipping costs won't be refunded.

returning part of a bundle offer

for a full refund for a bundle offer (e.g buy 2 save 20%), you must return both pairs in original condition.

if you wish to return one pair, you'll receive a partial refund based on the offer amount.


impact of covid-19

due to Covid-19 we understand it may be difficult to send your order back to us. as long as your returns request has been made within 30 days of your order arriving, and you've let our customer service team know we should expect your return, we will do our best to accommodate your exchange or refund.
