Welcome email signup offer
Code valid for new customers only and expires one month after subscribing. The code will be emailed to the customer, only if their email address has not been previously used to subscribe or purchase a pair of mahabis.  The code will then need to be entered by the customer in the cart. Valid on full-price pairs of mahabis only. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Blue Light Card discount
The Blue Light discount is available for those who have a Blue Light Card through https://www.bluelightcard.co.uk/
Members of Blue Light Card can receive 20% off any full-priced pairs of mahabis.
Discount is not valid on any sale items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or offer. 
A valid Blue Light Card ID must be used to verify membership in order to access the offer.

Comfort promise guarantee

We stand behind our comfort promises with a 30 days satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with the comfort of your mahabis after wearing them, you have 2 options. 

1. You can choose to exchange your slippers for another pair of equal value (if it is less, we will refund the difference). The exchange process must be started within 30 days of receiving your slippers. If you are a UK customer, we will cover your return shipping costs, as well as the postage to get your new slippers sent to you. If you are an international customer, you will be charged a fee for the return postage, but we will cover the postage to send out your new mahabis.

2. You can choose to get a refund for your slippers. The return process must be started within 30 days of receiving your slippers. You will be charged a fee for your returns postage. Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Returned slippers that can not be resold will be recycled via the mahabis recycling scheme.

Warehouse clearance sale

Products purchased from the warehouse clearance stock cannot be exchanged. If you are unhappy with your product you have 14 days after receiving your item to register a return through our online returns portal. 

US Warehouse Final Clearance

Products purchased from the US warehouse final clearance sale cannot be returned. All sales are final.

End of season sale
Items bought in the end of season sale are eligible to be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, in its original condition and packagings. In the case of fault, contact our support team and provide evidence of the issue. Customers who purchased items full price before the sale began are eligible to return their goods for an exchange or a refund within 30 days as normal.
