What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to "reserve" a product prior to it's scheduled release date. Just order as you would do any other product and we'll ship it out to you as soon as it arrived with us, fresh from the factory.
How do I pre-order a product?
To order a pre-order product, simply add it to your shopping cart and checkout as you would a normal order.
Payment will be taken when you place the order and it will be dispatched on or before the advertised shipping date. If this date changes at any point, we will inform you via email.
When will I be charged?
Payment is taken when you place your pre-order. You're able to cancel this at anytime before it's shipped for a full refund by contacting our support team here.
What happens if I order another product alongside a pre-order product?
We're trying to reduce our carbon footprint, so we don't part dispatch orders. If you order a normal in-stock product alongside a pre-order item, the whole order will be dispatched when the pre-order item
becomes available.
When will I receive my pre-order?
We give a pre-order dispatch window on site for each product and aim to ship your order on or before that date.
What happens if the pre-order release date changes?
The pre-order dates we list on site are based on information from our factory and freight forwarders and could be subject to change, or delays.
We do our best to give you the most accurate dates, but if anything does change, we'll contact you via email right away.
Can I pre-order more than one item at once?
Of course! But please note that the whole order will be shipped together.
Will I be informed when my pre-order ships?
Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email when you place the pre-order with us and when it's being shipped out, we'll email you again to let you know it's on the way. We'll include a link so you can track your order
too.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
No problem, just contact our support team here with your order ID (this will be in your confirmation email) and we'll cancel and refund your order.
Can I update my shipping address/ personal details?
No problem, just contact our support team here with your order ID (this will be in your confirmation email) and let us know what you want to change.
Can I still return my pre-order for a refund or an exchange?
Of course! You'll have 30 days from when you receive your pre-order to let us know that you're returning them. You can check out our returns information and start your return here.
What shipping options are available for pre-order items?
All of our normal shipping options are available for items on pre-order, but remember that the estimated delivery time only applies from when the order is dispatched.
Can I use a gift card/ discount code when I place my pre-order?
Yep, just remember to enter your discount code/ gift card code at the checkout to see it applied.
