Please note: Our last order dates for Christmas are recommendations from the carriers and not guarantees of delivery. Carrier networks are significantly busier this time of year, so please place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Unless stated otherwise, all orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

International orders may be subject to import VAT and duties charges. If charges are applicable, they will be made clear in the checkout, and you should not receive any further charges upon delivery.

extended returns policy - Christmas 2025

We've extended our returns policy for the festive season. Any items bought on or after 3rd November can be returned until 9th January 2026 - unless our standard 30-day returns policy is longer, then you will have until that date.
