1) Promoter
The promoter is ECA Footwear 21 Ltd t/a mahabis, of 1, Half Moon Street W1J 7AY, City of Westminster, London (“Promoter”).

2) Eligibility

This promotion is open to residents of UK aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

3) Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 00:01 (UK time) on Sunday 1 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.

4) How to enter (no purchase necessary)
To enter, during the Promotion Period:
•Go to @mahabis on Instagram and locate the pinned £1,000 Holiday Giveaway post (the “Post”).
•Comment on the Post answering the question set out in the caption.

•Share the post on your Instagram Stories and tag the mahabis Instagram account (@mahabis).

Entry limit: Maximum one (1) standard entry per person (multiple comments may be treated as one standard entry; the first eligible comment will count).

5) Bonus entry
To receive one additional bonus entry, either:

•Comment again on the Post and include a mahabis.com last 4 digits of order number from the 30 days prior to your comment (including during the Promotion Period), or

•If you do not have an order, comment again on the Post with “NO PURCHASE BONUS” (or the exact phrase the Promoter specifies in the Post caption/Story highlights).

Important:
Purchase is not required to enter or to receive a bonus entry.

6) Prize
There will be one (1) winner. The prize is a £1,000 British Airways voucher (the “Prize”).
•The Prize will be supplied as an e-voucher / voucher code (or equivalent) and delivered to the winner by email (or another method agreed with the winner).
•The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
•Use of the voucher is subject to British Airways’ voucher terms and conditions (including any expiry dates or booking restrictions).
British Airways is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this promotion.

7) Winner selection and announcement

•The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 4 April 2026. The Promoter will keep a record of the draw process.
•The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM from @mahabis within 48 hours of the draw.
•The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the Prize and provide the details required for fulfilment. If the winner
does not respond in time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
•The Promoter may announce the winner’s first name and initial (e.g., “Sarah J.”) on Instagram Stories and/or the Promoter’s website.

8) Valid entries and disqualification
Entries must be made by a real person. The Promoter may disqualify entries that:

•are incomplete, illegible, late, or do not meet the entry requirements
•appear to be generated by bots, fake accounts, scripts, or organised bulk entry
methods
•contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
•involve inaccurate tagging or misleading behaviour on Instagram

9) Platform and technical issues

The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, network failures, or platform outages.

The Promoter will use entrants’ Instagram handles and entry content for administering the promotion, including contacting
