1) PromoterThe promoter is ECA Footwear 21 Ltd t/a mahabis, of 1, Half Moon Street W1J 7AY, City of Westminster, London.

2) EligibilityThis promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

3) Promotion PeriodThe promotion opens at 00:01 (UK time) on Thursday 2 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 30 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be counted.

4) How to enter (no purchase necessary)To enter, during the Promotion Period:Follow @mahabis on Instagram

  1. Send your submission to marketing@mahabis.com, including your full name, address, date of birth, and Instagram handle.

Entry limit: Maximum 3 entries per person.

5) Entry requirementsEntries must:

  • Be original and created by the entrant
  • Clearly feature Mahabis Neo
  • Not contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
  •  Not include third-party content without permission

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

6) PrizeThere will be multiple selected entries and one (1) grand prize winner.

  •  Featured entries: £100 per selected entry
  •  Grand prize: £3,000
  • Prizes will be paid via bank transfer or another agreed method


7) Winner selection and announcement

  • Featured entries will be selected throughout the Promotion Period
  •  The grand prize winner will be selected based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the brief
  •  Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM from @mahabis
  • Winners must respond within 72 hours, or an alternative winner may be selected
  • The Promoter may announce winners on Instagram and/or its website

8) Usage rights

  • By entering, entrants grant the Promoter the right to: Repost, publish, and share their content across marketing channels
  • Edit or adapt content for promotional use

9) Valid entries and disqualificationEntries must be made by a real person. The Promoter may disqualify entries that:

  • are incomplete, late, or do not meet the entry requirements
  •  are generated by bots, fake accounts, or bulk entry methods
  •  contain offensive or inappropriate content
  • misuse tagging or platform features
